Contract and Business Disputes
The essence of business law is the contract or agreement. When a party to a contract does not live up to its end of the bargain, attorneys often need to get involved. I have experience representing businesses against other businesses for breach of contract that involve, among other things, breaches of non solicitation agreements, covenants not to compete, buy-sell agreements, and lease agreements.
In addition to these types of breaches, I have experience in many other types of business matters:
- Defamation
- Breach of Fiduciary Duty
- Derivative Actions (bringing or defending)
- Shareholder or Member Disputes
